Has anyone else had porknbeans sandwiches or is it something our mom made up?????????
Fry some bacon, toast bread, and warm up some pork n beans.
Top with a slice of cheese and put under the broiler.
Yummy Let me know if anyone else has heard of these.

We called them Bean Bacon & Cheese sandwiches growing up. Only we put the bacon on top of the cheese.

Yep. Grew up with them. We put mustard first, then the beans. Also added thinly sliced onions on top before going in the oven. We didn't do cheese but it looks good!
