Backyard wildlife and more...........

 Coyote caught on the game cam. Pretty close to the house too.

 Kind of a cold dreary to move cows. They were  happy to go tho.:)

 They will follow a tractor with silage in the scoop anytime!

 Watch you head when you walk by the pickups around here you never know what you will run into. They could fix fences everyday and most days they do.

 Sitting waiting for more cows. This time I was on the highway with my flashers on. One time waving a orange neck warmer and they still didn't stop!!!!!!! and hardly slowed down. Never going to do that again at 4:00 on a school day. They must not teach what blinking hazard lights are for in drivers Ed.

 This little buck hangs around our place.

 He even laid  down in the trees the other day just in back of the house while I was making Carmel rolls the other morning. This batch turned out why I can dump the ingredients in the  bread machine and it turns out but if I mix it up my self they end up in the garbage.

Bread machine dough better one or two?? Yeah I was just at the eye Dr  too!!! They were pretty much the same so no new glasses for me. Get it better one or 2 I guess you had to be there........

 That snow is all gone now and that's a good thing:)

Sewing, and more.............

 I finished the last 2 crayon aprons I had cut out.I only have one box of crayons left.

 Another vintage button. I think it came off a coat if I can remember that far back!

 Deer camp complete with heater, popcorn, pan to pop it in, granola bars, cards, to name a few, you would think he would be gone for days!! To bad he got his deer the first day, an average 4 point buck. I'm sure John or Lucas will go sit one evening with Papa just to watch for deer while eating popcorn, and playing cards.

 Our new backyard visitor. As long as he stays on the wild side I will leave him scraps once in awhile.

 Lucas stayed with me on Sat while everyone else hunted. I got a lot of sewing done. The bag has a flannel baby blanket, burp rag and toy colt in it.

 taggies I need to get sewing up some of the fabric that has been here for to long.

 This was a flannel panel so there is a picture on each side. I just cut and folded so the ribbons are just on 3 sides. They are bright and cheerful so hopefully some baby will like them!

 These have a small fleece blanket and horse in a small kid friendly toy bag!

 Lucas played and did a few crafts!

 In school the kids made gingerbread houses out of cardboard boxes, so when he saw all the crayon boxes in the garbage he made one for Papa. That is papa and Lucas on one side......

 and Papa and Lucas in the deer camp camper!

 He made on for mom dad to and put candy kisses in them. We both kept very busy:)

Some sewing, wildlife ,cows and oh yea blood lots of blood!!

 I got 3 crayon aprons made, watched the corner when moving cows, took pictures of the deer in backyard before the ACCIDENT! I have a rotary cutter to cut circles and when I went to slide the cover down to cover the blade it stuck but my fingers didn't and I cut 2 on my right hand. Then my left hand is hooked to an idiot and it tried to shut it to and cut one finger on that hand! Of course no ones calls went through on the cell phones (Thanks ATT) Finally on the 5th call Jared answered. Poor Lucas was with me and did the calling. He gets the brave boy award he's six and did a good job as I held a wad of hankies as the blood poured out of my hands...well it seemed  like it poured. It didn't hurt and they just glued it shut and taped them. When we got home I showed Greg and it just clicked shut over the blade in a snap ggrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Gotcha!!

Well the mystery is solved this cat was over by the house the other day, so he or she must live in the granary by the dog food.
 The cam took the first picture of the cat at 8:13pm.
But wait she has company................

 The neighbors dog!! I think the 1st picture of him was at 10:14pm. Then at 2:27am the cat was back.

At 3:06am it was the dogs turn again!!

There was a few more  pictures and then not much until 7:30 am then it was Johnny's dog Bell. I think I will leave the cam there for a while and see what else we catch in the dark of night!!

Aprons and game cam.

 His and Hers aprons. I took them into High Maintenance today a long with some bibs made from pheasant feather fabric. Hope they sell!!

 I think he's had his picture taken more than once. I just wish once when I check the pictures there would be a monster buck!!!!!!

Those raccoons are leaving the corn field, I wonder where they are going now??
 Tonight the game cam is in the granary  pointed at the top of the pallet of dog food. Everyday one of the bags has a hole in it we think it's a cat we should know tomorrow. It will be revealed to the world ( maybe not the world just a few people that read this ok mostly family!!) in the next post!!

Greg put the game cam out awhile ago. Haven't had to many pictures on it yet. Got this small buck acouple of times.

and this coyote. It's just fun checking it to see what goes on at night when no one is watching. Just so we don't see a mountain lion!!!!!!!!!
Did some sewing the last couple of days will post pictures tomorrow. Now that my computer is backup to speed I'm a happy girl again!!!!!!!!!! I will get back to posting.
