Quilting Gallery blog hop

 Once again a fun blog hop put together by the Quilt Gallery . I love it:)
 To start off my give away you will get a small herd of steers that is steer erasers....Beef tape measure.
 2 half yards of fabric, and a fabric book panel.
 Beef lips jar opener griper thingy:)
 3 spools of thread.
All will be put in the black and white tote bag that,s under everything.

What a unique giveaway! I have a niece that loves John Deere, and my girls would get a kick out of the cow stuff. I've been wanting to try the Connecting Threads essential threads! The weather here in Olympia, WA was sunny & mild today, ranging from 34-50 degrees today. I'm working on handquilting a table runner right now & am getting started on a bottled rainbows quilt. Well this is the most unusual giveaway I've seen on a quilting blog! I would definitely share those beefy erasers with my farm friends. Here is Snohomish, WA it was sunny and mild today -- rain will be reappearing on Sunday, they say.

I'm just finishing up a quilt called Vintage Tin for my momma as a surprise. Then I am working on a quilt called Bejeweled Wedding Rings. It is from a book called Link to the 30s I have completed all of the arches that have circles appliqued on them so now it is time to move on to the sewing of the arches (something new for me). I am also saving up 5" I spy squares for the perfect grandma cool quilt.

Those erasers bring back so many memories! We always got the dairy cow version at the fair when I was a kid that the dairy promotion committee gave away. My sisters were dairy princesses, so they also gave them out. Love the beef version, since that is what we now raise instead! :)

Very Cute Idea with the cows ;) I'm in Arizona and it's cold and rainy here today but expecting the low 90's by Wednesday. We just had a bit of a warm-up. We were supposed to have 5-10 inches of snow on Wednesday, but barely got a dusting! I was certainly happy about that. Today we were in the 50's. Spring is definitely around the corner.

Haha, love your herd of steers!! The weather had been cool and rainy here. But today it's warmed up and the sun has come back out...yay! Projects....several at one time! A couple I'm trying in vain! to finish up! And a crochet sweater I started for my aunts birthday next month. Which I should be working on right now, but am blog hopping instead!! Which is why I always have several projects waiting to be finished!!

I am working on a king size quilt which I had to rip out two colors in 1/4 of the blocks to make it look right. done with that, and now trimmming blocks and piecing the rows. 1/3 done with that. whew olney.gail@gmail.com

We haven't had snow all winter, but finally this month it has come. I admit I am sad that today was probably the last day we'll see snow till Nov, maybe. I really like it and we just didn't get enough this year.
Also, we love cows here. I have a big respect for farmers and hoped to marry one, but that wasn't in the cards for me.
