Knee high before the 4th of July...but then I am short:) The corn looks great the beans are alittle slow but they are coming along. We could use a rain tho.
Jared brought me home a small bale of grass hay so I'm putting it all around my garden.
Most of this is covered now with hay.
I watered the garden last night and it looks better this morning. The beans were looking alittle rough.These pictures were taken afew days ago, and everything has really grown in those few days.
Happy 4th of July!!! The 4th is a pretty important day, but the 5th is even more important......why because IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also say I was a dud firecracker, didn't go off till the next day LOL Hey better late than never:)
I think I will need lots of faith on this birthday it's the BIG 60 wow in my head I'm maybe 30!!
these two little fawns were in the yard the other day just running and playing until mom came out of the trees then they beelined it back to her!! I only got acouple of pics they wouldn't stand still!

This was one of our visitor the other day Rusty. He stayed in his corral in the house and barked at you when you walked by. I knew he would bark every time I walked by but it surprised me every time! I just had to laugh at him.
He had what you call an Attitude:) I'm not a fan of small dogs but for some reason I got a kick out of Rusty! He and his family are on their way west. Wishing them a happy fun filled family vacation................JMF

Well Happy Belated Birthday, Julie! Hope you were spoiled and had an extra special day. I need to spread some hay around my garden too. These super hot days just make everything wilt. I cannot keep enough water on them. Here's hoping for rain...for both of us!
