Patching, aprons and bags.........

Lucas had 2 pairs of pants he wanted patched. I thought of the idea of adding a little something to their patches awhile ago.
Sometimes that part doesn't last to long so I started adding some heavy duty iron on behind the picture. That helps alittle but they wear them out pretty fast!!

It made him happy so it makes me happy:)
I made this apron for a gal that wanted a Harley apron. Well Harley doesn't license their logo for fabric, so this is what I found.
I really like how it turned out and she did too. I didn't know it but her bike is turquoise so that's cool.

Have a holly jolly Christmas apron!! I think I cinched her waist alittle too much!! She's at Higher Grounds waiting to go home with someone and cook a turkey Christmas morning!!
I made a few more bags.
I finished this one today. She is going to Huron tomorrow to be a Christmas present for a girlfriend:)
I just think the owls are so cute..

Goodnight...........JMF

Great solution for britches that belong to little boys - they always seem to wear them out! And more cute, cute aprons! I love the tulle! Not for me, but I'm thinking that would be perfect for a friend's little girl. I have been collecting feed bags - must begin stitching on those. What kind of thread do you use and do you use a different needle than for regular stitching? You are just so clever - those would sell like hotcakes around here! How many do you want to make?
